April 23, 2019

Good Morning, District Governor Elect <Name >

As you approach the new Rotary year, your Regional team has three (3) exciting opportunities for your clubs’ /  District’s Trilogy Continuum (Foundation, Membership, and Public Image Chairs).

    2. Supports some Rotary Citation “Take Action” items for Rotary, Rotaract and Interact
  2. February 16-22, 2020Rotary Showcase:  One Week. One Focus:  Rotary Showcase Week

    2. If your District does a similar combined seminar, please share your promotional flyer with RC Debbie High
    3. The October 2018 RI Board of Directors updated the leadership development and training cycle to combine the District Rotary Foundation, Membership, and Public Image Seminars into a new seminar called the Vibrant Club Workshop.
    4. Your Regional Leadership Team is an available resource.
  4. People of Action Planning Tool for Rotary Clubs (Districts) (See attached)
    1. See attached People of Action Planning Tool example (from previous Zone 26/27 - RPIC Vicki Puliz)

The Trilogy Continuum Team’s efforts working together are more significant than working separately.

It all starts with PUBLIC IMAGE.

This has a direct impact on:

  • Attracting new members,
  • Engaging new and current members and
  • Retaining your current members.

This directly impacts your FOUNDATION giving and projects;

The work of your Foundation builds your PUBLIC IMAGE on the world stageand in your own communities.

The synergy of working together, will provide better results and greater success than ever before.

If there is any way one of us or our team may assist you, please let us know.

Best regards,
